Unified State Register of Russian soil resources developed in accordance with the "Concept of state monitoring of agricultural land and land used for agriculture in the composition of lands of other categories, and the formation of state information resources on these lands for the period up to 2020" approved by Order the Government of the Russian Federation of 30.07.2010 № 1292-p.

The main purpose of the Unified State Register of soil resources of Russia (EGRPR) is a complete, standard, unified, digital inventory of Russian soil.

Unified State Register of Russian soil resources approved at the enlarged meeting of the section Agriculture and Plant Scientific and Technical Council of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia ( Minutes № 32 dated October 3, 2013 ).

It is recommended as a guide for conducting soil surveys and studies, works on monitoring of soil (land), rational use and protection, state registration of land and land cadastre.

The purpose of the introduction of the Unified State Register of soil resources (hereinafter EGRPR) is ordering the soil of the legal framework regulating land relations Complex to improve the efficiency of their use and protection, improve the mechanism of payment for land-use, stabilize budget revenue regions, improving the state cadastral valuation of land and so forth.

As part of the practical steps necessary to:

  1. Inform governments regions and municipalities, as well as the introduction of .hozyaystvuyuschih subjects and action EGRPR throughout the Russian Federation.
  2. Proceed to the formation of the Regional Registry of soil resources of the subject on the basis of available EGRPR and soil materials in the region. Regional Registry must be approved at the level of the Russian Federation.
  3. In the future, all the work that used soil data should be based on the Regional Register and EGRPR soil resources.

For scientific and methodological and practical support of the Regional registry and applications such as cadastral evaluation of the quality of agricultural land need to register http://egrpr.esoil.ru .
